When Hurricane Harvey hit Texas it caused death, destruction, and homelessness. Some people look at a weather event like that and ask, “Where is God? Why doesn’t God prevent this suffering?” In this video we look at a story in Exodus 15 that illustrates one possible reason why God doesn’t prevent suffering.
