One of the problems we have in American Christianity is we’ve lost perspective on the gap between who God is and who we are. Part of the reason for this is we can pray to God anytime and anywhere. Since we are human we take our access to God for granted and over time forget that He is actually very superior to us. Exodus 33 illustrates what life is like when you don’t have easy access to God. This helps us be thankful for our reality and reminds us to keep the correct perspective on who God really is. Learn more in this video:
